Our Purpose
Peter Pike is a board-certified real estate attorney and founder of the Pike Law Firm, P.A., based in Sarasota-Bradenton, Florida. He previously served as Legal and Branch Education Manager and later as Commercial Senior Underwriting Counsel at Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC. A graduate of NYU (B.A. in Chemistry) and St. John’s University School of Law (J.D., 1984), Peter is licensed in both New York and Florida. He has over 20 years of experience teaching real estate law to brokers and agents and is approved by the Florida Realtors Association. Peter is active in the Realtors Association of Sarasota and Manatee and the Sarasota Bar Association, serving on multiple committees and leadership programs.
